Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after submitting my order?

You either entered an incorrect email address when you submitted your order or it went into your junk email file. Order confirmations are always sent out.

Do you provide sharpening service?

Yes, we service all model of scissors for a time free.

What are your business hours?

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through PayPal , Credit card,bank account. Simply process your order and check out for your payment.

What is your shipping policy?

shipping charge is needed for our distributors and Payment Terms: 50% deposit,50% TT balance before shipment.Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost which can be calculated at the time of check out. Normal delivery is 30-40 days including international shipping.

What is your return policy?

New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item. Items must be in new or unused condition for a full refund. Include all original materials in the return.

If the return is due to a defective product or the result of a shipping error,
Ohkasakura will correct the order at no additional cost.
How to Return an Item
Email raleeshears@yahoo.com with the following information:

● Name, address, phone number
● Product requested to be returned
● Reason for return

OHKASAJURA Customer Service will facilitate the return. Depending on the reason for return, shipping charges may be waived. Upon receipt of return and confirmation the product is in resalable condition, your credit card will be refunded. Most returns will be processed within four weeks.

Where are OHKASAKURA shears made?

The Shear Artistry collection is made in Taiwan, with the exception of our Damascus shears, which are made in Japan.

Do Ohkasakura shears have a guarantee?

All Ohkasakura shears carry a one year guarantee against manufacturer defects. Ohkasakura will repair or replace defective products at no charge. Simply email Ohkasakura Customer Service at raleeshears@yahoo.com to report a defective item.
