• Payment must be made in full.
• Credit Card Installment: Installment plans are available for cards issued by banks in Taiwan.
• Installment periods vary based on transaction amounts. Transactions are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
• Please ensure accurate and complete information when filling out credit card details for verification purposes.

• Invoices will be dispatched along with the shipment. If you do not receive the invoice upon receiving the goods, please contact us immediately.
• You can reach us by leaving a message on our homepage's "Contact Us" section or by calling our customer service hotline. Please provide your order details for prompt assistance.

• Upon placing an order for merchandise with home delivery, once the inventory order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the goods will be dispatched within seven working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) to your specified shipping address, barring any network anomalies, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• To safeguard the integrity of your order, we meticulously package the items. Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you promptly inspect the contents to ensure the integrity of the labeling.
• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally disrupt the process. In such instances, our delivery personnel will make every effort to contact you via phone. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
• Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team will endeavor to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
• In the event that we are unable to establish contact with you for a period exceeding seven days, resulting in the inability to deliver the item, Ohka Sakura reserves the right to cancel the order.
• To expedite the delivery process and ensure accurate shipment, please ensure that your delivery details are accurately provided.

• We exclusively facilitate exchanges for defective products and do not entertain requests for product substitutions.
• Should you encounter any issues regarding the content of your order or the product itself, we kindly request that you contact our customer service line within 10 days from the date indicated on the shipment order, inclusive of national holidays. Please note that returns and exchanges will only be processed within this specified timeframe; requests beyond this period will not be accommodated.
• For the exchange process to proceed smoothly, it is imperative that all items included in the product, such as gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents or information, remain intact.
• To expedite the processing of your return, we kindly ask that you complete the return form with your name, address, phone number, and reason for return.
• Upon returning the product, please ensure that all accompanying gifts and the invoice are included. The product must reach our facilities before the refund process can commence.
• Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for return postage incurred due to customer error in placing the order.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a handling fee deducted from the total order amount in installments.

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 working days after receiving the returned goods to your credit card account.
